AlcoreX: Returns & Refunds Policy


 

1. Our Commitment At AlcoreX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.
 

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right to Cancel) Under UK consumer law, for online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Once you notify us of your intention to return, you have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
     

3. Faulty or Damaged Items If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We may require photo evidence of the defect to process your request quickly.

  • In these cases, AlcoreX will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
     

4. How to Initiate a Return To start the return process, please send an email to supportalcorex@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order Number (e.g., #12345)

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (clearly showing its current condition, regardless of whether it is faulty or not)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on the next steps and the return address.
 

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
